Swiss chard is amazing sautéed with garlic and butter (or equivalent). You can juice them to extract all the dense nutrients or add small leaves to eggs and have a gourmet omelet!
Swiss chard is particularly high in vitamins A, C, and K, and minerals Iron and Manganese. It has been attributed to preventing osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s disease, and many cardiovascular diseases. Due to its low calorie and fat content chard is often recommended for cholesterol controlling and weight loss programs.
